According to the Music Hound Guide to Rock, Great
White formed in L.A. in 1981. The lineup given in the
book was Jack Russell, vocals; Mark Kendall,
guitars (he is the one missing); Michael Lardie,
keyboards; Audie Desbrow, drums, and Teddy
Cook, bass.
