I agree. It's a clear example of "Ready, shoot, aim."  Once there is
some focus, they aim, digest, put things in journalistic perspective.
Up until that point of focus, however, we are left to bounce along with
raw, diconnected coverage.  Whatever happened to, "Here's what we know.
Here's what we do NOT know?"
