Relative of mine owns a saloon in Manhattan. For 17 months now the 
reception of over the air channels on their Time Warner setup has been 
gawdawful. I have told him for a year what the problem is, being on 33rd 
St they getting signal overload from the Empire State since the switch. 
Time Warner refused to do sqat. Satellite not an option because of 
height of buildings nearby.

Finally when he upgraded to DTV problem solved. I redid everything on 
his property but I am sure the problem was between 33rd St and the 
basement.
