Not exactly, Garrett...in light of ASCAP and BMI finally "caving in" the 
light of reason, it's entirely possible that that custom deal CPB cut for 
themselves might end up being the proverbial shooting of oneself in the 
foot.   The rest of us might actually end up with a better deal.
