Last week on "On The Media" on NPR, they were talking
about the Comcast/AT&T merger.  There was a rep from
the FCC on too.  He mentioned that most homes have
many choices.  When the host inquired about the
choices...he mentioned the Satellite providers, Direct
TV, etc.  

So, I think the FCC doesn't view it as a monopoly when
there is only one 'cable' in town....they consider Sat
TV on an equal footing.
