I have yet to see a logical explanation of why Multicultural wants to
sell WLYN 1360, which reaches the heavily ethnic cities of Lynn, Revere
and Chelsea with a very good signal day and night, then turn around and
buy WSRO 1470, a weak signal on a graveyard frequency in a market with
far less ethnic diversity. I just don't get it. What am I missing?
