How quickly we forget!

WCAU-TV (channel 10) was a CBS O&O which was spun to NBC in the
CBS-Westinghouse merger (Westinghouse had already owned KYW-TV,
channel 3).  I think we decided at that time that this was the first
instance of one of the major networks selling a station directly to
another.
