We had the story yesterday on WBUR,  Steve Sine and I were trying to
remember which
properties outside of KISS that CC owns in Boston, I drew a blank.  My
guess is you are 
correct that they will be booking their own big shows there once it's
finished.  Didn't someone 
else propose renovating that Opera House a number of years ago and have
it fall flat?
