Fw: Re: WEZE-AM 590 At Reduced Power? WTAG-AM 580 Comes In Fine

Since I was away from WJIB's coverage area over the (rainy & cold) Columbus Day
weekend, I had to travel to the Seabrook, NH rest-stop to hear LTAR #411.
Before it came on (and it started at about 10:25 on JTO today) I checked out
WEZE and WTAG and both were coming in about equally well in Seabrook, NH.
WEZE's location not far from the beaches usually causes it to come in in southern
NH like a local. Then of course, I listened to today's LTAR on WJIB, and it
seemed AM 740 and WEZE had about the same signal strength.
I know the Jibguy recently painted his tower; is that also happening NW
of Wellington Circle?

If WEZE is running ND, you've got the allowable power figured pretty well. I
think it works out to just about 300W to provide no more interference to WTAG
than the normal 5-kW DA-1 signal does.
