That's true today, but as Don point out when the exemption was granted
there were 16 teams, 11 of which shared the same 5 cities and they could
apparently move without approval as he indicated with the Braves moving
out of Boston without league approval.
This is a bit of a stretch, but even in broadcasting the sale of a
station or group needs approval by the FCC.
