Gubernatorial Lawsuit Reported On Channel 5 Finally

   WCVB (Channel 5 Boston) just had a story on the Massachusetts
Gubernatorial Lawsuit on it's 5PM news, in fact it was 4th story into the
newscast, with a live report to boot. 2 of the minor party candidates had
their lawsuit heard in Middlesex Superior Court today, the judge said she
will hand down a ruling tomorrow as to whether the candidates must be
allowed to take part in tomorrow night's debate. This lawsuit was filed
against Channels 2,4,5,7 ,New England Cable News and the Boston Globe. Also,
Liberitarian candidate for governor Carla Howell has filed her own lawsuit
regarding her exclusion which will be heard in court tomorrow morning.
