Sept. 11, one year later

WHEB and the Morning Buzz were breaking format like
crazy too. Artists such as Lee Greenwood, Ray Charles,
Whitney Houston and the major breaker was "There
You'll Be" from Faith Hill as featured in Pearl
Harbor(a damn good movie BTW). It was truly
entertaining radio. Greg and the Buzz did a fantastic
job of recapping the tragic events of 9/11/01.

Down in the
Bay State, the biggest format breaker of the morning
seemed to be WQSX,
which kept going until just beyond noon with listener
call-ins, 
coverage
of ceremonies, Lee Greenwood, and more.  While "God
Bless the USA," 
"God
Bless America," "America the Beautiful" and "Amazing
Grace" got a lot 
of
spins Wednesday morning,
