Don't forget all the radio "personalities" who have undergone
"tooth-whitening (shouldn't it be "teeth-whitening";  they
do more than one?) and plug the procedure on the air.
The most significant example was Katie Couric getting
a colonoscopy on the "Today Show". The colonoscopy garnered one of the
highest ratings of the year, only proving Katie has a large following.
