Where did the list you posted come from? WKQW is completely unlistenable 
within at least 30Km of Pittsburgh - it's TX is located about 110Km NNW of 
the city. Even if it weren't fighting first-adjacent WKST (96.1 - 
Pittsburgh), the distance alone would do it in, as its only a 6KW/100m 
Class A FM.

If Little Walter's show is going to be heard on an FM outlet in
Pittsburgh, it's more likely to be found on WJPA (95.3 - Washington, PA)  
or WWSW (94.5 - Pittsburgh), as they're the only strong FM oldies signals 
around.
