Don't be surprised if most who try will take it one click to the
right and land on 1510.  800 in Lowell was plausible but still "too
Lawrence" for most locals.  Imagine a stretch it would be to not
only try to consider a Haverhill kilowatt relevant to Lowell area,
but with daytime hash louder than a can opener?  As for Spinners, I
wouldn't hold one's breath over any commercial station carrying it
next season.  I'd keep an eye on WJUL (91.5 UMass Lowell).
