You are right, each station has variation, IIRC at WODS the contract did
not specify how many hours a day, just how many a week (20 or 25 I
think). At one point AFTRA tried to get a maximum of a 3 hour shift into
the contract, CBS declined but agreed to limit the shifts to 3 hours
outside the contract, they went back on that agreement when Infinity
came into play claiming Mel didn't like 3 hour shifts.
