3rd FM Spanish station for Manchester NH ??

I've been told to watch 99.9 in Manchester NH for a third unlicensed
Spanish broadcaster. The other two unlicensed Spanish broadcasters are
still on most of the day at 87.9 (ex 1630/1640 AM) and 88.7.

Seeing how swiftly the FCC moved against the unlicensed station in
Londonderry a year or two ago, I'm wondering how long these stations will
last.
