WOTW AM 900 Nashua assembling morning news team

Friday afternoon while Ken Gidge was filling in for vacation Maury
(Maurie??) Parent, it was announced that WOTW is assembling a morning news
team and implied they might be on by late August/early September. It was
also mentioned that WOTW would be doing local talk from 2:00PM until 6:00
or 7:00PM starting late August.

Maury is on vacation is Quebec, so he wasn't present for his Saturday
Morning Golden Oldies show, but he'll be back Sunday morning from 8:00 to
noon for "The French Show".

Maybe it was a good thing Maury has been on vacation, as several of his
promos played yesterday (Friday) using to old WMVU calls.

WOTW is promoting it's upcoming birthday, noting their arrival to the
airways as Sept 18, 1948 (I think I got that right). They are also playing
many of their jingles I remember , but just barely, from the 1960's. 
Acutually, the quality (not the talent) of the jingle is so good, I wonder
if they didn't have new jingles made up in the style of the 1960's. They
also made references to WOTW-FM and it's early birth date.
