Of course then again, I keep wondering whether CCU might not
eventually implode on itself. It seems to me that the Clear Channel
business strategy of acquiring everything in sight was a good idea
during the Roaring 90s, than the recession plagued early 21st century.

If the recession [this *IS* a recession to spite the happy talk from D.C.

continues on for much longer that's bound to be bad for CCU's what is it by
now 1,400 stations? Similarly it's not going to be too good for their
billboard (outdoor advertising) division.

Similarly people that are getting laid off from their jobs might not want to
spend something on the order of $50 to $70 a pop for mediocre seats
at CCU venues such as the Tweeter Center.
