First, I would think they would want to provide their
listeners with accurate information.  Second, as
someone who is usually rushing to try to arrive on
time in the morning -- three minutes is a very big
deal.  Third, I have to keep track of my day in six
minute increments so I'm sensitive to such things.

I happened to be in a spot where I could look up at
the Time & Temperature building and confirm the
time on my car radio and cell phone.
