WBZ radio and all the sports stations are reporting it. Get ready for wall to wall Ted Williams recollections. I wonder if today's generation even knows who Ted was... and from a fan standpoint, my recollection of him is that he was a great hitter but really nasty to fans and the media. Still, he made many contributions to the game of baseball and was exciting to watch. May he rest in peace.
