Ted's last at bat came a year and a half before I
was born, but as a Red Sox fan, I know of his
importance to the team and to all of baseball.
Perhaps the best hitter. Ever. He's now in what Steve
Goodman once called "the Heavenly Hall of Fame".

WEEI is remembering Ted right now (they were talking
to Jerry Trupiano a minute ago and now they're on
with Joe Castiglione.)
