This is clearly illustrated by the inability of most members of broadcast 
management to answer questions from the press.  Broadcasters always seem to 
try to avoid answering legitimate questions, like WCSH management did in this 
case.  It is not surprising that they usually get poor coverage from the 
print media as a result.  You can't expect positive coverage when you want it 
if you are not cooperative in regards to stories that you are less pleased 
about.
