No, there isn't.  The mail server for this list is immune to such
malware, and in any case the list manager does not permit binaries to
be sent to the list.

There is a virus going around which forges From headers.  When these
are rejected, broken Windows anti-virus systems (but I repeat myself!)
will send notifications like the one you saw.
