Re: WODS Music Screw Ups

I think they used the "Media Touch" system on Soldiers Field Road. Media
Touch was once based in Salem N.H.. WBZ and the old WEEI had the original
DOS program that just controlled IGM instacart machines. That was back in
the days when putting a music library on a hard drive was unheard of because
of the space drives had back then.

Now Media Touch is based in Canada. You can download a demo that actually
plays a few tunes and fake spots at http://www.omt.net/ .

I don't think Windows 98 is stable enough to run a radio station, it makes
me appreciate my vintage 1995 Audisk running with DOS 6.22 and a bunch of
SCSI-2 drives. It just keeps going and going........
