Maryland Public Television is revamping its franchise as a partnership with
AOL Time Warner's Fortune magazine, and the 69-year-old Rukeyser didn't fit
in with their plans.  Lou will depart when his contract runs out in June.
Shades of WGBH selling "This Old House" to AOLTW...kind of brings new
meaning to the dollar sign in "Wall $treet Week," don't you think?  Anyway,
I doubt Lou will lack for job offers.
