Last I knew, WXXX was owned by a company called "The
James Group" based out of Jamestown, NY.  And for
quite a while, despite all of the acqusition/merger
spree that occured post 1996 Telecom Act, WXXX was
never sold/acquired by anyone.  This may have changed
by now, as I have not lived in the
Burlington/Plattsburgh area since April 1999.
