On today's "Let's Talk About Radio", Bob mentioned
some examples of stations whose "city" of license was
actually a village/neighborhood in a certain town
or city. Here are a couple examples from Vermont:

WZSH 101.7 Bellows Falls, VT
There is no town of Bellows Falls. It's a village in
the town of Rockingham, along with Saxtons River
and Bartonsville.

WNHV 910 White River Junction, VT
WSSH 95.3 White River Junction, VT
There is no town of White River Junction. It's a
village in the town of Hartford, along with Quechee
and Wilder.
