 I agree with the rest of the posts on here that the NFL seems Grinch - like
in this re-broadcast matter.

However I think  those disclaimers that both network and local play-by-play
talent read towards the end of NFL (NBA, NHL & MLB have simliar
disclaimers), really mean that the NFL considers 'the accounts and
descriptions' the intellectual property of the League itself.
