As has already been pointed out, radio and TV 
transmitting-tower locations are a matter of public 
record. And even if that were not so, it's not as if you 
could hide a 1700' strobed tower very easily. I've got 
it; Maine is the pine-tree state--make the tower look 
like a pine tree--just one that's a litle taller than 
average. What's that you say? Who ever heard of a 
strobed pine tree? Well, Christmas trees have flashing 
lights. Works for me--in December anyhow.
