Fadeout during today's LTAR

Did anyone besides me experience a big fade-out of WJIB's signal during 
this morning's LTAR?  At first I thought it was the radio I was using, 
but when I turned on another radio, I had the same problem.  The voices 
were weak and drowned out by the hissing sound of a weak signal.  

The signal reached full strength for the ending announcement of LTAR and 
came in loud and clear for Euroquest.  Maybe something went wrong with 
the tape, or with the tape player that was being used for LTAR.
