If it were buildable, no doubt the Burlington site would 
be worth more than the WEEI site in Needham, which is 
also quite valuable. However, the Burlington site is NOT 
buildable because it sits atop the Town of Burlington 
water supply (wells). And from the standpoint of 
enhancing the stick value of WEEI, the Burlington site 
is the keeper; the Needham site isn't. See my earlier 
post.
