I believe the article is talking about Berkshire County and Franklin County
residents.

However I do believe we need at least a second CBS on the AT&T Crapband
cable system here in Agawam. Having one doesn't cut it.

Also, slightly off topic, AT&T Crapband is removing WPIX from the
Springfield Metro lineups in place for a feed called "WBQT". The WB will
basically be like AT&T3 except with WB programming is my guess. I am
extremely disappointed in this move as it is another sign they don't care
what the customers want but just how to get a sleazy profit.
