The null is 235° from true north , and it nulls the signal down to 27% of
it's full power.

Actually they're 305 meters (Which is 1000 feet) HAAT. They also aren't a
full class B station, which could, conceivably go up to 12,000 watts. The
reduction of power might also have to protect WCNI and other stations
around.

WBUR does have an application to reduce the directional "ness" of the
antenna.
