107.7 pirate

There was a pirate coming in pretty strong on 107.7 this evening. It was
broadcasting in mono, came in 2.5 on my signal strength meter, and was
playing rythmic music. It certainly wouldn't be any other station< WKCD and
WGNA both broadcast in stereo.. it suddenly signed off and WGNA came back
around 5:25.. it was probably based in N. Springfield.. i'd imagine
