The real waste is having sports on 95.5.  JJ should leave sports on 900 and 
1440 and put together 95.5 and 95.9.  That would give him good coverage of 
the Greater Portland market and a viable FM property.  The people who want 
sports will listen to AM.  If he added 1400 WIDE Biddeford to the sports 
simulcast, he would have excellent AM coverage of southern Maine.
