WBPS still SS and still running night power after sunrise

I suspect that the LMA with C-Net won't take effect 
until WBPS is again able to run its day power during the 
daytime. This morning, after sunrise, the station was 
still apparently operating with its night facilities and 
the programming was still the Romantica SS music.
