102.3 WKKF is not a class B station in Albany. It's only a weak class A
which transmits from the "Clifton Communications Site" not far from the
Clifton Country Mall. This is the same tower as WABT 104.5 (Mechanicsville,
NY), and WDCD-FM 96.7 (Clifton Park, NY). I have pictures of this tower and
