The Construction Permit was for the new tower which was built 5 years ago.
There was no power increase involved. As for why they were off the air,
their CE is the same CE as WAQY, who I will ask about that next time I speak
to him. In the odd facts to know catagory, WLZX's tube is actually an older
WPKX tube which was brought up when the tube in WLZX's BE decided to stop
operating one night about 8 years ago.
