WRED Power Increase

WRED has applied to increase power from it's current 3,300 watts to 4,100
watts. The application also is for a height increase to 121 meters from it's
current 91 meters, and a new transmitter location on a tower next to the
WCYY tower. Is it me, or didn't they apply for this once before?
