I am a Videotron Cable subscriber in what they refer to as their Western District 
(formerly CF Cable, then a division of CFCF Inc., before the Pouliot family's financial 
distress caused them to sell off the businesses piecemeal)...and the NBC station of 
record is still WPTZ, carried on cable position 23.
