I believe it was the Solicitor General of PA? 

I could be wrong. We briefly discussed this in our government class last semester. I think the incident was sometime in the late 1980s as I remember seeing this tape on the news after-school.

I agree with not showing tape of the jumpers. The video we have already seen is graphic and, maybe it's my imagination, but I believe you may be able to see bodies falling in some of the tape of the second plane hitting Tower 2. As someone who was up there only a couple years ago, it was stunning to watch.
