The Day After: Late night MW changes

Now that I really can't sleep, I've noticed the AM band is programmed 
differently tonight:

The trucker shows on WLW and WJR have both been preempted (supposedly Steve 
Sommers is doing the show at WLW's "upstairs studio")
WHAM has ABC-TV audio continuously in a 1 (or 2) hour loop, and is running 
it on all their other stations;  it's weird hearing the CBS top-of-hour 
sounder on top of ABC audio!
WSM has ABC audio.
CBC Overnight has preempted its normal shortwave rebroadcasts
WRKO is back to "regular" talk.
