Schedule changes at WCAP Lowell

Hi all-

Today was the last day of The Barry Farber Show on WCAP Lowell.  It was also
the final day of a 3-hour Chuck Harder Show.  Starting Monday WCAP will be
airing Chuck Harder from 2 - 4pm and then "Tom Martino - The Troubleshooter"
from 4 - 7pm (4 - 5 live, 5 - 7 refeed).  The Harder show was cut back to 2
hours by Talk America.  Farber  was impossible to deal with - bad cue tones,
misplaced cue tones, etc.
