Don & Mike

The switch of Don & Mike to middays on WJFK apparently starts Monday.  "Best 
of" shows have been running for the last two weeks and the announcement of 
the change was apparently just made today.  Don & Mike are taking calls from 
listeners about the matter now.  It's weird to hear insider discussions on 
the air.  CBS management must hate it.  I turned it on during the middle of 
the show, but from the discussion, it sounds like they were kept off the air 
until everything was finalized because management was afraid that news would 
get out.

Don & Mike said that they had been told that G. Gordon Liddy's show was 
supposed to be moving to another station and continuing in syndication, but 
Liddy announced today that the show is ending.  

In Portland, WZAN is going to run Don & Mike in afternoon drive, on tape 
delay from 3 pm to 8 pm.
