AFAIK, WBRU is owned by Brown University, and operated as a commercial station.

I'm aware of that, which is why I thought it was
amusing.
BTW...Boston University also shows up as the 
owner of WBRU-FM  in rronline's list of
ratings for Providence, but NOT Worcestah.
