        WTIC (AM) is promoting the return of Art Bell to overnight,
starting "Tuesday," meaning Monday night late, I presume. That means Joey
Reynolds got the boot from one of his bigger signals. "Tuesday" may mean
they'll put Bell directly in that slot, 1 to 5 a.m. (aren't additional
hours of him available earlier for those who need more flying-saucer
reports?). If that's the case, they would be keeping their late-evening
bird feed, which I think at the moment is Bruce Williams.
