On the other hand, I think your typical cellular monopole is a great
deal more obtrusive than 199-foot unpainted, unlit, guyed steel
towers.  (Have you ever tried to *find* the WNNW towers in Salem?)  I
would think people would be more concerned about a 1000-foot strobed
TV tower than anything else....
