Entercom has an exclusive group deal(signed in 5/2000) with StreamAudio.
*All* of their streaming stations use StreamAudio. 

Entercom Boston stations were pulled yesterday. I am not sure about the their
other markets. Entercom hasn't yet made an official announcement regarding this
issue.
