If 1510 ever builds out its current CP, the Metro-West signal should
be substantially improved.  They do have a few small lobes coming out
the back side of the pattern; the deletion of the New London station
permits them to substantially improve the signal to the southwest.
Their problems to the northeast and southeast can be remedied by
Manchester and Providence stations, respectively, assuming someone
there picks up the network.  Regardless of which AM station the Green
went on, they would still need a Worcester affiliate.
